The Woodlands

The Woodlands truly is the the very definition of the living at its best. Spring/North Houston

Spring is the suburb of N. Houston and consists of both well established neighborhoods and many neighborhoods with new construction as well. Spring / North Houston meets The Woodlands’ eastern and southern borders.

Its centerpiece is “Old Town Spring” where you will find historical homes turned into restaurants, boutique style shops, art galleries and more.

There are many annual festivals throughout the year in Old Town Spring, it’s quite charming during the holidays and is a favorite of locals and tourists alike.

Its prime location allows easy, quick access to downtown Houston, Bush Intercontinental Airport, Hardy Toll Road, I-45, and the amenities of The Woodlands. You can generally get “more house for your money” in Spring/North Houston.  It is also the home of the new ExxonMobil Corporate Campus.
 

Tomball

With the development of the Grand Parkway, Tomball will be a short drive to The Woodlands and the new Energy Corridor. It is also a short drive to downtown Houston. Tomball is a well established suburban community on the northwest side of Houston surrounding a small historical downtown area, much like “Old Town Spring”. Homes range from older neighborhoods to new construction to rural homes on acreage.

Magnolia

Not too many years ago, Magnolia was a “one stop light town” surrounded by miles and miles of woods and back roads. As Houston seemed to spread and larger lots in The Woodlands became harder to find, Magnolia grew into its own upscale country self sufficient community.
Mostly comprised of upscale neighborhoods (some gated and/or with golf courses) or rural ranch spread, you can still find starter home neighborhoods. Most of the homes sit on larger lots or acreage and are less than 20 years old. Magnolia is very family oriented and many find it well worth the extra 10-15 minute drive to Downtown Houston, Bush Intercontinental Airport, and The Woodlands.
